PURPOSE: A floatation system in water supply is provided to improve the stability of a microbubble generating operation by including a plurality of blades which rotates by flowing water through a conduit. CONSTITUTION: A floatation system includes a reactor(10), a discharging type ozone generator(302), a microbubble generator(100), a floatation bath(20), and a conduit(18). The reactor receives and drains water to be treated. The microbubble generator receives converted ozone and generates microbubbles containing the ozone. The floatation bath generates a reaction between the water to be treated and the microbubbles containing the ozone and floats pollutants on the surface of water to be removed. The conduit is the path of the water to be treated. The microbubble generator is installed in the conduit.
