<p>[Problem] To provide a slave station terminal wherein a switch unit, which, even if oriented in the vertical direction, will not cause any problems to occur due to buildup of dust and which exhibits excellent operability, can easily be exchanged alone at a low cost. [Solution] A slave station terminal comprises: a communicating means for transmitting/receiving signals to/from a control side; a display means; an input means; and an input/output means for transmitting/receiving data to/from the display and input means. The input means comprises a switch unit and a detection unit. The switch unit is removably fixed to a casing constituting the main body and is constituted by a flexible, cylindrical body, which can freely flex in any one of all directions, and further by an operation rod fixed to a free end of the flexible, cylindrical body. The operation rod has a mirror surface formed at an end of the operation rod and also has a gap that opens along the outer edge of the mirror surface and that collects dust. The peripheral wall of the gap has a higher electrostatic property than the mirror surface and also has a transparent portion through which the inside of the gap can be visually recognized.</p> |
