<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-bulb-shaped lamp capable of being structured as a substitute light source of a small incandescent bulb. <P>SOLUTION: The light-bulb-shaped lamp is provided with a base 4 mounted in a socket while being rotated, a first casing 6 fitted to the base 4 in free rotation around a central axis X of rotation, a second casing 8 fitted to the first casing 6 in free swinging around a rocking axis Y1 crossing the central axis X, and a light-emitting module 10 loaded on the second casing 8.
