<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work piece handling robot which performs parallel processing on work pieces for improving the processing time. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a work piece transfer robot which concurrently supports multiple work pieces. The work piece transfer robot (100) of this invention includes: a base (102); a first link (104) rotating relative to the base; a second link (106) rotating relative to the first link; and an end effector (108) rotating relative to the second link. The end effector includes: a first paddle (250) supporting a first work piece from among the multiple work pieces; and a second paddle (252) supporting a second work piece from among the multiple work pieces.
