<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine a reference charge of an accommodation facility which can be an objective reference in evaluation of the accommodation facility. <P>SOLUTION: An accommodation facility reference charge determination device (1) repeats the following steps for each accommodation facility: narrowing down plans by setting search conditions that two persons use a facility, and that, when the facility is of Japanese inn type, its charge includes an overnight stay and two meals; and acquiring, for each of the plans, the maximum number of vacant rooms in a prescribed period and the accommodation charge corresponding to the acquired maximum number of vacant rooms, and then acquiring an accommodation charge corresponding to the plan with the largest number of vacant rooms among the acquired accommodation charges as a facility reference charge; or acquiring, for each of the plans, the lowest accommodation charge in a prescribed period and acquiring the lowest charge among the acquired accommodation charges as a facility reference charge.
