<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask frame assembly for employing a plurality of stick type division masks. <P>SOLUTION: The mask frame assembly includes support bars and division masks, wherein the support bars and the division masks are arranged mutually crossed on a frame, the crossing positions being mutually fixed by welding. On a periphery of the welding point, a partially-cutout part obtained by partially cutting the division masks is formed. According to such a structure, the mask frame assembly is achieved which prevents a lower warp of the division masks by the support bars and improves adhesiveness between a substrate and the division masks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
