PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device for relaxing a torque shock during switching of a combustion system while improving fuel economy.

SOLUTION: A combustion system switching means 34 sequentially switches a combustion system for each one cylinder or each cylinder group according to a combustion state of a combustion chamber detected by a combustion state detection means 35 after the change from a stratification combustion region or a homogeneous combustion region into the combustion system switching region, and gradually executes the switching of the combustion system for each one cylinder or each cylinder group. A fuel injection control means 37 and an intake control means 36 control the fuel injection amount or an intake amount according to the switching of the combustion system by the combustion system switching means 34 and the combustion state by the combustion state detection means 35.
