The invention relates to an implant (10) serving to receive an abutment (110). The implant (10) has a receiving opening (15) in which a connection region (115) of the abutment (110) can be inserted. The total conical angle equals 6 to 20° and the indexing length f of the implant (10) or the indexing length F of the abutment (110) equals at least 90% of the conical section length k of the implant (10) or of the conical section length K of the abutment (110), typically more than 1.6 mm.
