<p>This low ignition propensity cigarette is provided with a rod element comprising a smokable material rolled into a rod shape by rolling paper, and with multiple bands formed by coating the rolling paper with a combustion inhibitor, wherein each of the bands extends along the entire circumference seen from the circumferential direction of the rod element.
