<p>Provided is a reaction promoting device wherein a biochemical reaction is less likely to be affected by liquid supplied to a flow path prior to the biochemical reaction. A test chip is provided with a prism, a gold film, a trapping body, a flow path member, a lid member, and a seal member. A flow path is formed in the flow path member. A nozzle insertion hole is formed in the lid member. A tip receiving hole is provided in an end portion of the flow path. The flow path and the nozzle insertion hole extend in different directions. The nozzle insertion hole leads to the tip receiving hole. When viewed from the direction of extension of the nozzle insertion hole, the nozzle insertion hole encloses the tip receiving hole. The tip receiving hole as viewed from the direction of extension of the nozzle insertion hole can enclose the tip as viewed from the direction of extension of a nozzle. Via a liquid inlet/outlet provided in the tip of the nozzle, liquid is supplied to the flow path and collected from the flow path. The trapping body is fixed to an interior of the flow path.</p> |
