According to the invention, the process consists in that the skins are covered by pulverizing in 2...4 steps with a mixture of acryl and polyurethane binders, coating pigment paste and Ag nanoparticles applied onto the titanium dioxide nanoparticles, with intermediary drying steps between layers, the fixing layer being a mixture of nitrocellulose lacquer and water or disperse solution of Ag nanoparticles applied onto the titanium dioxide nanoparticles, thereafter the coated skins are pressure ironed at a temperature of 60...70°C, the obtained skins exhibiting self-cleaning properties under the influence of the UV rays and self-sterilization properties to the action of the fungi. |
