OPERATION METHOD OF ICE MAKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety when generating ice making inferiority or deicing inferiority.

SOLUTION: A temperature detecting sensor 42 provided on an ice making part 20 transmits temperature information of the ice making part 20 to a control means C. The control means C continuously operates a cooling fan 34 forcedly cooling a condenser 31 and performs control continuing an ice making-deicing cycle of a refrigeration mechanism D when a detected temperature of the temperature detecting sensor 42 is higher than an ice making completion temperature T1 corresponding to the generation completion of an ice lump I and lower than 0°C when an ice making completion time S1 passes since the start of an ice making operation in an ice making-deicing cycle of the refrigeration mechanism D. In addition, the control means C continuously operates the cooling fan 34 and abnormally stops the ice making-deicing cycle of the ice-making mechanism D when the detected temperature of the temperature detecting sensor 42 is equal to or higher than 0°C.
