<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle with insulating particles which is less likely to generate rust on a conductive layer, which can maintain high conductivity over a long period of time, and therefore, which can enhance the conduction reliability when used for connecting between electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive particle 1 with insulating particles includes: a main body 2 of the conductive particle with insulating particles; and a coat 3 coating the surface of the main body 2 of the conductive particle with insulating particles. The main body 2 of the conductive particle with insulating particles includes: a conductive particle 11 having a conductive layer 13 at least on the surface; and insulating particles 15 adhered on the surface of the conductive particle 11.
