THROUGH-HOLE COVERING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through-hole covering management system for reducing difficulty level of hole covering work.

SOLUTION: The through-hole covering management system has a piece of information on building frame including a piece of information on a building frame constituting a plant building; a piece of information on equipment and control panel layout including a piece of information on the layout of the equipment and control panels and the like associated with the information on the building frame; a piece of information on environmental conditions including environmental conditions and request names of corrective actions relevant to the equipment; a piece of information on wall/floor through-hole covering model including a piece of information on hole covering work of through holes corresponding to the request names; a piece of information on difficulty level of hole covering works based on the specification including a piece of information on the difficulty level of the hole covering work of through holes corresponding to the number of the request names; and a piece of information on difficulty level of cable, conduit tube, cable tray, piping and duct works based on the distance including a piece of information on connecting means used to connect among the equipment. The through-hole covering management system assesses the difficulty level of the hole covering work corresponding to the number of the request names depending on the equipment adjacent to the building frame and determines connection route among the equipment while taking into consideration the difficulty level of the hole covering work.
