<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire for a solar cell capable of being connected to a solar cell with high positioning precision. <P>SOLUTION: In a first step, a collective conductor 52 constituted by parallel arrangement of a plurality of conductive wires 51 with a round shape in cross section is formed. In a second step, a solder layer 53 is formed at the outer periphery of the collective conductor 52. In the second step, the solder layer 53 constituted of tape-like solder is piled up on upper/lower surfaces 52b of the collective conductor 52, and heated from the outside of the solder layer 53, and thus, the collective conductor 52 and the solder layer 53 are integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
