<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof moisture-permeable filter that has both the water resistance function and dew condensation prevention function, and an outdoor installed device, especially an electric switch-and-lock, with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A water-proof moisture-permeable filter includes a water-proof moisture-permeable sheet 1 and support members 3, 5 and is disposed across a ventilation passage communicating between the inside and the outside of an outdoor installed device. The water-proof moisture-permeable sheet 1 allows no water to pass through and allows moisture vapor to permeate.
