<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for reusing image data of a reusable object subjected to half-tone processing, the apparatus not causing image defect, even if the image data are subjected to transformation processing, when reused. <P>SOLUTION: When an object is extracted by analyzing a print job, the extracted object is reusable and to be subjected to the half-tone processing, a printing device 100 determines whether the object is subjected to the transformation processing in its use. When the reusable object is subjected to transforation processing in its reuse, the printing device 100 subjects the half-tone processing by taking into account reverse transformation of the transformation indicated by the transformation processing, to the reusable object, and generates image data to be stored in a cache 209. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
