<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handheld facial skin analyzing device that provides information on skin roughness, wrinkles and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The facial analyzing device includes an image capturing unit that outputs an acquired image as image data, a recording unit that records the image data, a display unit that displays the image data, a data processing unit that is connected to the image capturing unit and the display unit, converts the image data to a gray-scale image data, and records the converted data in the recording unit, and an interface. The data processing unit receives, from the interface, an instruction on the selection of a predetermined area from the image data displayed on the display unit and outputs the results of analysis of facial skin including information on skin roughness and wrinkles in the area from the gray-scale image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
