The present invention relates to a quinazoline derivative as a tyrosine-kinase inhibitor represented by the general formula (I), the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and stereoisomers thereof and their preparation method for same. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and preparations that contain said derivative and the pharmaceutical applications of the derivative in treating and in preparing the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
