<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator unit that can reduce soldering fault, because undulation and curvature on an FPC division surface are corrected and flatness on a soldering surface is improved without cutting in the FPC, the adhesiveness and soldering property of connection electrodes of the FPC with external electrodes of a PZT, are improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the actuator unit 1 where the plurality of connection electrodes 9 provided in a flexible printed cable 4, are each soldered on the plurality of external electrodes 6 provided in piezoelectric elements 3 connected to a base member 2, a bent part 16, which has an axis in the same direction as the respective connection electrodes 9 are arranged, is provided in the flexible printed cable 4 near a connection part between the respective external electrodes 6 and the respective connection electrodes 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
