<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a downlink control structure for carrier aggregation in communication network in which data transmission is scheduled by a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). <P>SOLUTION: An UE receives higher layer signaling enabling carrier aggregation for the UE.
