<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper dust removing device capable of reliably preventing paper dust from mixing into a paper container and reducing manufacturing costs of the paper container. <P>SOLUTION: Paper dust removing devices 20 comprising a combustion means 18 for burning paper dust and a collection of means 19 for collecting the paper dust are provided at both ends of a band-like packaging material 5. The combustion means 18 is provided via a gas pipe. Since the burner flame of the combustion means 18 performs the combustion by covering end faces of ends 6 of the band-like packaging material 5 and both sides in the vicinity thereof, the paper dust generated when performing the cutting by a rotary blade 17 is easily burnt. The relation between the speed of a delivered paper base material 5 and the combustion amount of the burner flame is set so that the paper dust attaching to the paper base material 5 is burnt but there is no effect on the paper base material 5. The residue after the combustion of the paper dust attaching to both ends 6 of the paper base material 5 is reliably and easily collected via a suction pipe of a vacuum type collecting means 19 provided downstream of the combustion means 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
