<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the magnetic flux generation of pole teeth of a stator and cogging torque by forming taper parts in a magnet. <P>SOLUTION: In a magnet structure of this invention, a magnet (12) is formed into a straight longitudinal shape. A first length (B) facing a pole tooth (14) of the magnet (12) is shorter than a second length (D) of a fixing surface (1b) of the magnet (12) which is fixed to a movable element (1).
