<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to guide a clip to a preliminary loading place of a mounting material and a mounting hole without making a clip large-size, and to adjust preliminary loading and a guiding function without increasing the kinds of clips. <P>SOLUTION: A structure is for supporting a clip, and a clip washer 22 of a mounting member 20 is constituted of a rib 24 and a reinforcement plate 26 positioned at the side part of the rib 24. When the clip 10 in the state where the clip washer 22 and the rib 24 are bonded is inserted to a mounting hole 32 of a partner panel 30 to the degree that an elastic arm 16 does not start deforming, the top end part 28 of the reinforcement plate 26 is protruded from the back face of the partner panel 30 by a specific size S.
