<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece conveyance apparatus which achieves a pneumatic switching mechanism which can stably execute a higher speed pneumatic switching operation than a conventional mechanism and can cope with the acceleration of the speed of the conveyance of a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic switching mechanism includes a first pneumatic pathway A that connects a pneumatic introduction port Aa with a first controlling opening Ab opened at the outside, a second pneumatic pathway B that connects a pneumatic operation port Ba with a second controlling opening Bb opened at the outside, a fluid communication portion C that is connected with at first opening-side portion A1 extending toward the first controlling opening Ab in the first pneumatic pathway A and the second opening-side portion B1 extending toward the second controlling opening Bb in the second pneumatic pathway B by intersecting them with respect to each other and then couples the second pneumatic pathway B with the first pneumatic pathway A, and a pneumatic controlling opening/closing means D that opens and closes the first controlling opening Ab and the second controlling opening Bb at the same timing with respect to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
