<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabled to simply sprinkle water to a roof of a temporary housing to be built in a disaster area to suppress temperature rise on the roof in summer, the housing whose structure is susceptible to temperature rise indoors, the water sprinkler to also eliminate summer-heat problems faced by buildings with light-weight roofing such as slate roofing. <P>SOLUTION: A device allows easy attachment to a newly built or existing building, and is capable of reducing an air-conditioning cost in summer using tapped water as the main water source.
