摘要 The invention relates to a structure of a needle for ultrasonically-guided intervention procedures. An injection needle (100) having a predetermined size comprises an injection needle hole (106) having a transverse cross-section shaped as an inverse tunnel, and a beveled surface (100a). A plane, the width of which is the same as the outer diameter of the injection needle (100), is formed in the lengthwise direction of the injection needle (100). The plane of the injection needle (100) has polygonal ultrasonic-wave-reflecting grooves (101) having a predetermined depth, formed by the junction of ultrasonic-wave-reflecting surfaces (104, 105) and an ultrasonic-wave passage surface (103) tilted at a predetermined angle, wherein the ultrasonic-wave-reflecting surfaces (104, 105) are tilted at two angles toward the beveled surface (100a) and are arranged adjacent to each other. The needle structure of the present invention may enable the location of the injection needle to be checked in real time during procedures such as a biopsy, the aspiration of mass lesion, amniocentesis, a nerve block, intramuscular nerve stimulation, and neurolysis and prolotherapy, and thus may enable the needle to be accurately inserted into the part of the body to be treated, with no risk of damage to normal tissue.
