<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wristwatch with wireless communication function capable of simultaneously ensuring a good quality and a good antenna performance. <P>SOLUTION: A wristwatch 1 with wireless communication function includes: a movement 64 for displaying hands; a case 60 for housing the movement; a cover glass 160 for covering the movement 64 on a surface side; a ground plate (a dial 2) disposed between the cover glass and the movement; an antenna 11 disposed between the cover glass and the ground plate along outer periphery thereof; and a nonconductive ring member (a dial ring 110).
