<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that operability in selecting a list element outside a display range is unsatisfactory. <P>SOLUTION: A processor 15 displays a list 14A stored in a storage part 14 on a screen display part 13, and executes allocation processing for allocating a key of an operation input part 12 to an element displayed on the screen display part 13 and to an element not displayed thereon, among elements in the list 14A. The processor 15, when the key corresponding to the element displayed on the screen display part 13 is operated, executes processing to be executed when the element corresponding to the operated key is selected.
