<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the sure positioning of an insert by a simple structure, to raise the air tightness of the insert, and to make appearance favorable by melting a primary molded product and a secondary molded product in a clean state. <P>SOLUTION: The primary molded product FJ having a positioning part LJ for positioning and holding the insert IM is manufactured by injecting a thermal plastic synthetic resin J into a cavity S1, the insert IM is positioned and held at the positioning part LJ formed at the manufactured primary molded product FJ, the positioning part LJ is melted by injecting the synthetic resin JA whose melting temperature is equal or higher than a melding temperature of the synthetic resin J for the primary molded product FJ into a cavity S2, and the molded product is manufactured by sealing the insert IM. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
