INSULATION RESISTANCE MEASURING DEVICE OF DC CIRCUIT, CAPACITANCE MEASURING DEVICE, INSULATION RESISTANCE MEASURING METHOD, AND CAPACITANCE MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: there actually has been a circuit on which insulation resistance measurement cannot be performed since it is virtually impossible to stop a whole DC circuit to perform the insulation resistance measurement and the insulation resistance measurement has been performed by a unit of facility stopped for inspection work and the like; and in a method of measuring insulation resistance by artificially grounding a DC circuit, the resistance of the whole circuit can be measured, but partial insulation resistance cannot be measured.

SOLUTION: There is provided a measurement device and a measurement method for measuring insulation resistance and capacitance of one part of a DC circuit in a DC power supply system using a coupling capacitor and an AC power source, in a hot-line state.
