<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and a rubber composition obtained by using the same and excellent in anti-aging performance and colorability. <P>SOLUTION: The new anti-aging agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber contains a perchlorate ion-type hydrotalcite compound, and the rubber composition excellent in anti-aging performance and hard to be discolored is obtained by adding the new anti-aging agent to natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
