<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure necessary strength while avoiding interference or contact of an anchor plate, which is driven into reinforced concrete, with a reinforcement or preventing a malfunction such as separation in the case of the contact of the anchor plate with the reinforcement. <P>SOLUTION: A bent anchor plate can avoid interference with a reinforcement by setting a bend-up height equal to/lower than a covering depth. Since a bent-up portion is embedded (anchored) in concrete, required shear strength can be secured.
