<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing device of permanent magnets which achieves excellent productivity and workability and enables inexpensive operation. <P>SOLUTION: A resin sealing device has: a lower die 17 on which a rotor lamination iron core 12 is placed and provided with first heating means for heating the rotor lamination iron core 12 from below; an upper die 21 mounted on the rotor lamination iron core 12 and provided with second heating means for heating the rotor lamination iron core 12 from above and multiple pots 19 for placing a material 18 of a resin member 15; and multiple plungers 23 for pressurizing the resin member 15 injected into the pots 19 of the upper die 21. The lower die 17 is placed on a lifting plate 32 through a heat insulation plate 87 disposed on a bottom part of the lower die 17, and lower die lifting means 33 is provided at a lower part of the lifting plate 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
