Provided is an organic electronic device and a method for manufacturing the organic electronic device, in which the uniformity and stability of a composition distribution and adhesion with an adjacent constituent layer are enhanced, and film-forming characteristics are improved, whereby the efficiency is enhanced in a coated-type electron injection layer or an electron transport layer in which a metal oxide is used. An organic electronic device provided with a pair of electrodes on a substrate and at least one organic layer between the electrodes, wherein a liquid material, in which an alkali metal salt and zinc oxide nanoparticles have been dissolved in alcohol, is coated to thereby form an electron injection layer or an electron transport layer. |
