PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to form a logic circuit by electrically connecting a comparator which compares two output nodes, an electric charge maintenance part, and an output node potential determination part. CONSTITUTION: An NAND(not AND) circuit(100) comprises first to thirteenth transistors(101-113). The second, fourth, fifth, seventh, ninth transistors consists of an N-channel type transistor. The tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth transistors consist of a P-channel type transistor. The first, third, sixth, eighth transistors consist of the transistor having a channel which is formed on an oxide semiconductor layer. The transistor using the corresponding oxide semiconductor consists of the N-channel type transistor.
