<p>Disclosed are a method, a system and an apparatus for implementing over-the-air card writing. The method comprises: a card writing terminal receiving card writing request information through a main smart card and a mobile terminal connected thereto, the card writing request information carrying information about a number to be activated selected by a user; the card writing terminal sending a card writing request instruction to a card writing support device on a network side through the mobile terminal connected thereto, the card writing request instruction carrying the information about a number to be activated and information about a blank smart card acquired by the card writing terminal; upon receiving a card writing instruction carrying information required to be written into the blank smart card returned by the card writing support device according to the information about a number to be activated and the information about a blank smart card, the card writing terminal writing the information to be written into the blank smart card connected thereto. Over-the-air card writing is implemented by using a mobile terminal and an inexpensive card writing device. The implementation is simple and convenient, and an apparatus cost and a labor cost are reduced.</p> |
