The present industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the POWER BASE FOR RECEIVING INTERCHANGEABLE TOOL HEADS as shown in the drawings; the POWER BASE FOR RECEIVING INTERCHANGEABLE TOOL HEADS presents a generally cylindrical upper end section with a slightly recessed flat circular end surface having a central circular opening therein; the outside cylindrical surface of the POWER BASE FOR RECEIVING INTERCHANGEABLE TOOL HEADS merges into a flat disk-like surface section of the POWER BASE FOR RECEIVING INTERCHANGEABLE TOOL HEADS; the outside cylindrical surface presents front and rear circumferentially extending identical raised upper elements which are axially aligned with identical front and rear circumferentially extending raised lower elements; each upper element presents flat upper and lower surfaces and bevelled corner areas between the upper and lower surfaces and a curved outer surface; each lower element is situated adjacent to the flat disk-like surface and each presents an angled upper surface which merges into a curved outer surface; the outside cylindrical surface also presents four identical equally spaced apart generally rectangular raised elements which extend axially away from the flat disk-like surface section; the outside cylindrical surface also presents a pair of identical circumferentially extending equally spaced apart side elements which are situated adjacent to the flat disk-like surface section, each of the side elements presenting an angled upper surface which merges into a curved outer surface; the outside cylindrical surface also presents a further element having a curved outer surface; the further element is situated close to the left side element as seen from the front and extends axially away from the flat disk-like surface section.
