<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device using a refrigerant mainly composed of water or alcohol, which can strike a balance between the improvement of reliability and the miniaturization of a device by a simple system control. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning device 1A includes: a refrigerant circuit 2 in which an evaporator 24, a compressor 21, 22 and a relief valve 23 are connected in this order; a first heat circuit 4 for circulating a heating medium between the evaporator 24 and a first heat exchanger 31; and a second heat circulation path 5 for circulating the heating medium between the condenser 22 and the second heat exchanger 33.
