The physiological signal measuring apparatus with identification function includes a measuring module, an identifying module, and a transmitting module. The measuring module obtains a physiological signal and produces a physiological datum according to the physiological signal. The identifying module obtains an identification datum. The transmitting module is electrically connected to the measuring module and the identifying module for transmitting the physiological datum and the identification datum to a computer.
