摘要 <p>Provided is a power storage apparatus with an impedance measurement function that has a plurality of power storage elements connected in series, and that can evaluate a deteriorated power storage element in a short period of time. The power storage apparatus with an impedance measurement function specifies a power storage element that has the highest impedance among all the power storage elements, and the impedance thereof, and detects and displays deterioration or abnormality thereof using threshold-value evaluation, by measuring and comparing the impedance of a half of power-storage units on the higher-voltage side and a half of the power-storage units on the lower-voltage side using a first evaluation circuit, and measuring the impedance of a higher-voltage side power storage element and a lower-voltage side power storage element of the power-storage unit that was evaluated as having a higher impedance, selectively using a second evaluation circuit connected in juxtaposition to the power-storage unit that was evaluated as having a higher impedance.</p>
