APPARATUS CONTROL SYSTEM, MOBILE TERMINAL AND PROGRAM

This apparatus control system is provided with a control device for controlling operation of each apparatus, and a portable mobile terminal capable of communication with the control device. A control unit of the control device controls each apparatus according to a control-use schedule stored in a device-side storage unit and control requests from the mobile terminal. At the mobile terminal, a date and time setting unit sets an arbitrary date and time as a set date and time. A terminal-side storage unit stores a terminal-side schedule associating contents of control with a date and time of control for each apparatus. A simulation unit, using the terminal-side schedule, simulates the state of operation of each apparatus at the set date and time which have been set at the date and time setting unit. An apparatus state reflection unit outputs, to the control device, control requests for controlling each apparatus so as to be in the state of operation in which the device has been simulated at the simulation unit.
