PURPOSE: A digital DC-DC converter is provided to improve the time response of an output voltage by controlling the output voltage using a pulse signal having predetermined maximum and minimum duty ratios. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage generator(100) generates a reference voltage. A switching part(200) switches an input voltage according to a duty ratio of a pulse width modulation signal. The switching part supplies the input voltage to a load. A switching signal generator(300) receives the reference voltage and an output voltage of the load. The switching signal generator outputs the pulse width modulation signal to the switching part. A maximum and minimum duty ratio detector(400) limits the output of the switching signal generator. The maximum and minimum duty ratio detector outputs the pulse width modulation signal having the predetermined minimum duty ratio or the maximum duty ratio to the switching part.
