PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of performing a display associated with existence of another worker.

SOLUTION: The information communication system includes: a reception unit 15 for receiving worker location information that is information on locations of workers other than a worker using a portable terminal 1; a current location acquisition unit 12 for acquiring a current location; a dangerous area information storage unit 18 for storing dangerous area information that is information showing a dangerous area; a determination unit 19 for determining whether another worker exists in the dangerous area shown by the dangerous area information by using the worker location information and the dangerous area information; a display unit 23 for, when it is determined another worker exists, performing a display to show the existence of another worker; and a transmission unit 14 for transmitting the current location acquired by the current location acquisition unit 12 to a server.
