<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain amenity in an air conditioning area, even in demand control operation. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 30 controls an outdoor unit 10 and indoor unit 20, before starting the demand control operation in which power consumption is controlled, and performs a heat storage operation for storing heat in an enclosure of an interior space 100 and a dehumidifying operation. Also, when conducting the heat storage operation, the controller 30 determines an optimal heat storage from among a wall surface, floor or ceiling, based on a temperature distribution of the interior space 100 which is measured by a temperature distribution measuring device 40, and performs heat storage for the determined section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
