<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by reducing the power consumption of a heating circulation pump P2 in an automatic heat retaining mode in a hot-water supply heating device 1. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-water supply heating device 1 includes a first heat exchanger 10 for supplying hot water to a bathtub 2, a reheating circulation path 3 which is equipped with a reheating pump P1 and reheats the hot water in the bathtub 2 by circulating the hot water in the bathtub 2 through the second heat exchanger 20, a third heat exchanger 30 for supplying the hot water to a heating terminal device 40, and a heating circulation path 4 which is equipped with the heating circulation pump P2 and circulates the hot water between the third heat exchanger 30 and the heating terminal device 40.
