<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate which effectively prevents plating liquid from remaining in division grooves even if plating is carried out. <P>SOLUTION: A ceramic substrate has division grooves for dividing the substrate into a plurality of individual pieces of substrates, and through holes (B) arranged in the division grooves at predetermined intervals. The division groove between the through holes is inclined so as to be deep in at least one through hole (B). Consequently, a passage is formed from the division groove to the through hole (B) for plating liquid in the division groove, and the plating liquid can trickle down from the through hole (B) not to remain in the division groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
