<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible flat cable of which an insulation material and a fluorine-based film are stacked without using an adhesive, in a flexible flat cable which has a conductive material covered with a stacked body of the insulation material and the fluorine-based resin film. <P>SOLUTION: The flat cable comprises: a first covering material formed by stacking an insulation layer and a low dielectric layer; a second covering material formed by stacking an insulation layer and a low dielectric layer; and the conductive material which is sandwiched between the first and second covering materials so that the insulation layer of the first covering material and the insulation layer of the second covering material face each other. The insulation body and the low dielectric layer are bonded by electron beam irradiation without using the adhesive, and the insulation body of the first covering material and the insulation body of the second covering material are bonded by heat-sealing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
