<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement control method for a powder mass measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: A powder mass measuring device of the present invention comprises the steps of: calculating a unit feed amount by sampling a fed-back measurement value; and performing determination of measurement value after the measurement. The step of performing determination of measurement comprises the steps of: determining whether or not a measurement error of the measurement value from a set value of mass falls into a predetermined determination value range; and determining whether or not past records at low and medium speeds are within a reference time range. When the measurement error and the past records at the low and medium speeds are within the reference time and determination value range, the measurement values before the determination of quantity, before drop, and at the drop are stored and updated as the next measurement values before the determination of quantity, before the drop, and at the drop, respectively. When the measurement error and the past records at the low and medium speeds are out of the determination range and the reference time range, the next measurement values before the determination of quantity, before the drop, and at the drop are calculated and applied as the measurement values before the determination of quantity, before the drop, and at the drop, respectively at the start of the next measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
