Provided is a water-dispersed adhesive composition which has excellent adhesiveness to a non-polar adherend, and which is capable of forming an adhesive, the properties of which are not impaired even at low temperatures. This water-dispersed adhesive composition contains: a (meth)acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing monomer compositions composed mainly of (meth)acrylic acid alkyl esters with 1 to 18 carbons in the alkyl group; latex, which is incompatible with the (meth)acrylic polymer, and which contains a rubber component with a loss tangent peak temperature of not less than -5°C, as measured by dynamic viscoelastic measurement at a shear strain of 1 Hz; and a tackifier, which is compatible with the rubber component, and which is incompatible with the (meth)acrylic polymer. |
